AcuLiving is an Out-of-Network healthcare provider. Free insurance verification for patients with the following national insurers*:
Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS)
United Healthcare (UHC)
*Please be aware this list does not guarantee that you will have acupuncture benefits under your plan. All plans are different, and many have restrictions or deductibles that must be met before coverage begins.
For all other insurance plans please ask your provider if out-of-network acupuncture is a covered benefit. I can provide an itemized receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement. You will need to pay in full at the time of service.
If you do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, please call for rates. In addition, most flexible spending plans (Health Savings Accounts) can be used to pay for acupuncture treatments.
